In their Capstone project, Nivetha, Sevhena, and Tanveer developed a method and tool for engineering energy-efficient software coode. They will now look to extend their contribution and seek publication at a top-ranked conference.
Apart from being an exciting project, we are all glad to contribute to efforts with meaningful social impact. Software is becoming one of the largest CO2 emitters, and it is high time we dedicate more attention to the issue.
