Kyanna Dagenais, who’s been with us for 1.5 years now as an Undergraduate Researcher, has been admitted to the Computer Science MSc program of the Department.
Kyanna did an impressive job as an Undergraduate Researcher, developing a new flavor of human-guided reinforcement learning, and publishing and presenting her approach and its applications in reputable venues, which eventually earned her an NSERC USRA and a 1st Prize at the ACM Student Research Competition at MODELS’24.
Kyanna will keep working on various topic in reinforcement learning in her Master’s years.
