Rebecca Di Filippo has joined our lab as a Master of Applied Science (MASc) student in Software Engineering starting from September. Rebecca brings a particularly strong software engineering skillset and commendable expertise in reinforcement learning. Her research will focus on topics in the overlap of RL and model-driven engineering.
Previously, as a finishing undergraduate, Rebecca and her team have won the 2nd place in the 2026 Software Engineering Capstone Expo while working with our lab for two terms.
Needless to say, we are very happy to have such a talented colleague on board; and we are excited about the next two years of joint work.
